You will further expand your practical experience into yoga and meditation, combined with conscious breathing techniques. You will learn to release the old trapped energy in your body through a simple HUESA yoga set to be new every day and to be charged with the new energy of life for you and for your surrounding environment.
Level 3
You will be able to activate many latent abilities that are dormant and wait for you to awake. You will learn that the ‘energy of love’ is the most powerful vibration that exists. The practice of ‘unconditional love’ will become your being. Beauty, goodness and truth is your essence – this is who you are. Many practical solutions will be granted for your daily protocol and wellbeing. Human wellness will become your daily routine.
Level 4
You will understand that life is a miracle and whatever happens in your life is GOOD. This will change your perspective of life and you will become the master of your own life. You will learn the yoga for purification, which will help you to purify your lower energy centers. This way you will become more aware that you are responsible for your health, for your true happiness and joy. Through the healthy nourishment and mindful communication.
